This open-plan cabin features a comfortable sitting area, air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette include a stove, microwave, refrigerator, air-fryer, kitchen supplies, and coffee and tea facilities, perfect for convenient self-catering. A fireplace adds warmth in cooler months, while the non-smoking interior ensures a fresh, clean space throughout.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private patio with mountain views, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated dining area. Braai facilities make for relaxed evenings, while the plunge pool, adjacent cargo net and hot tub offer space to unwind in complete privacy.

The bedroom offers a king-size bed with crisp linen.The bathroom includes a separate tub and shower, bathroom amenities, towels, and a hairdryer. 

THE AREA

This area in Modimolle is located in the heart of the scenic Waterberg region, renowned for its rolling hills, bushveld landscapes, and diverse wildlife. It's an ideal spot for nature lovers, offering peace and tranquillity away from the bustle of city life. The area is perfect for game drives, hiking, and birdwatching, giving visitors a chance to reconnect with the outdoors in a malaria-free environment.

Modimolle itself is a charming small town with a relaxed atmosphere, local eateries, markets, and essential services, making it convenient for travellers. The surrounding countryside features private game lodges, scenic picnic spots, and lush landscapes that are ideal for leisurely drives or photography. The area's unique combination of bushveld beauty and small-town charm creates a perfect backdrop for a getaway or romantic retreat.

GOOD TO KNOW

The cabin is located 135 km north of Pretoria.

The access road is a dirt road for approximately 2 km from the main tar road. A normal sedan vehicle can comfortably access the cabin in dry conditions. Guests should drive slowly, especially after heavy rain.

Some wood is provided, additional wood can be arranged on request.

The cabin is situated in a peaceful and quiet rural area. It is very safe and private, offering guests a relaxed and tranquil environment. As with any countryside stay, we recommend standard precautions, but guests consistently feel secure and comfortable.

This is a self-catering cabin, guests should bring all provisions with them. Some tea, coffee & milk is supplied.

This is not a child friendly cabin.

Regrettably pets are not welcome.
