THE POD

Off-grid, secure, and self-catering with a braai pit, and only 10 -15 minutes from a variety of shops and malls. Savour the serenity of this sweet escape just outside Pretoria.

Designed for a relaxing getaway, this cosy pod features a plush queen-size bed and a sleek en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The space includes a convenient kitchenette with a fridge, air fryer, dining table, and coffee and tea station.

Step outside onto the private terrace complete with outdoor furniture. You will also find a soothing hot tub, ideal for unwinding, with fast, complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout.

Located just outside Pretoria in Gauteng, Tierpoort offers a peaceful countryside escape surrounded by open landscapes, rolling hills, and natural bushveld. Known for its rural charm and relaxed atmosphere, the area is ideal for those looking to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of city life without travelling too far. With scenic surroundings, wide-open spaces, and beautiful sunsets, Tierpoort provides the perfect setting for a romantic getaway, a quiet weekend retreat, or a relaxing break in nature. Despite its tranquil setting, Tierpoort is conveniently located within easy reach of Pretoria East, where visitors can explore local restaurants, cafés, shops, and nearby attractions.

GOOD TO KNOW

Stock up for your self-catering stay: (within a 10 minute drive): Blue Basket Supermarket and a Q4 fuel station.

Bars and restaurants (within a 5-20 minute drive): Urban Fields, La Vie Lente, Die Bosvark Kroeg en Restaurant, Rafters Pub, and Gerry & Co and many more.

Shopping (within a 15-25 minute drive): Choose from The Village Shopping Centre in Moreleta Park, Linton's Corner in Equestria, Woodlands Boulevard, Menlyn Park Shopping Centre, and The Grove Mall and Atterbury Value Mart.

No smoking or vaping in or around the pod or hot tub.

Please make sure to switch off lights and the aircon when leaving the pod.

Bare in mind that we are solar powered - use electricity sparingly.

We do have monkeys, so please keep the doors closed and do not feed them.
