LIVING

Solis Cottage boasts a spacious, contemporary interior that exudes warmth and elegance. The cozy living space is ideal for relaxation, while a tucked away desk area offers an opportunity for a workation.

The open-plan kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring modern appliances and a thoughtfully designed layout. The round dining area is surrounded by large glass sliding doors on both sides, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy your meals in this beautiful setting, whether inside or on the generous patio.

The braai area is surrounded by a garden filled with the delightful scents of bay leaves and olive trees, offering a private and tranquil outdoor space for relaxation and dining at the large table.

Both bedrooms in Solis Cottage feature extra-length king-size beds and en suite bathrooms, complete with wonderful outdoor showers. The main bedroom offers the added luxury of a private courtyard, a bathtub, and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom is equally charming, with a lovely vanity space for added convenience.

THE AREA

Coming to Paternoster reminds you of the truly important things in life, where you find that special space to exhale, heal and rejuvenate. Moulded by generations of fishing families, the village’s quaint character seems unconcerned with the passing of time. Instead, the tides and changing seasons guide those who live by the rhythmic ebb and flow of nature. One thing’s certain, though. It won’t be long before you, too, succumb to its charms – basking in the many sensual pleasures of the bay… perhaps a contemplative moment sipping on a glass of wine at a beach restaurant, a browse for the unusual at one of the characteristic, whitewashed stores or a lively barter at the weekly fisherman’s market.
