THE HOUSE
This tastefully designed home is made for living, it is situated on a 4000 sqm plot with a huge garden and effortless open plan living space.

LIVING
The heart of the house embraces an open plan living space, characterised by a wood burning stove and an impressively high beamed ceiling. The seamless transition from the living space to the streamlined concrete kitchen, equipped with a generous stove, Nespresso Coffee Machine and supplied with all modern comforts, promises a sophisticated culinary experience.
Behind the kitchen, tucked away in a utility room, you will find a generous storage space, a washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher, next to an extra sink kitchen for convenience. A bright step in the living room leads to the bedrooms, including 2 with French doors that open to the terrace with the braai and the pool.
The bedroom rooms at the rear are equal to each other. On the left side of the house, both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, on the right side the 2 bedrooms share the bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms have new beds with extra length mattresses.
While the garden patiently awaits its bloom, solar panels and battery are strategically implemented to provide the house with energy, allowing residents to continue to enjoy this elegantly designed retreat even during periods of power outages.
THE AREA
Riebeek Kasteel, nestled among vineyards and olive groves, offers wine and olive tastings, beautiful hiking spots, village markets, art gallery walks, and various restaurants within walking distance.

A starter pack of firewood and firelighters are provided.
Tea bags, coffee pods (to start) and rusks are provided.
The house is powered by solar and is completely off the grid.
Shower gel and soaps are provided in all bathrooms.
Each bedroom has it's own portable fan.
