Oscar’s Arc: A Legacy of Love and Adoption 🐶

Oscar’s Arc is a unique and dynamic pop-up dog adoption initiative that transforms everyday Cape Town spaces into inspiring adoption locations. Through the WOOF Project, dogs from existing shelters are given the chance to find their forever homes in fresh, uplifting environments.

The initiative is named after Oscar, an extraordinary adopted dog who made history as the only dog to ever travel the world. Oscar visited 42 countries across 5 continents, spreading the message of hope and the importance of dog adoption. His remarkable journey touched hearts everywhere and inspired countless adoptions along the way.

Today, Oscar’s Arc carries his legacy forward. More than just an adoption platform, it stands as a heartfelt tribute to a dog whose life, friendship, and adventures continue to inspire. Oscar’s spirit fuels the passion behind the WOOF Project, driving its mission to connect shelter dogs with loving families and ensure every dog finds a home.

These are the values we hold closest to our hearts. We believe in giving back, nurturing a strong sense of community, and supporting local initiatives that make a real difference. That’s why we are proud supporters of Oscar’s Arc, an inspiring organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of shelter dogs. A percentage of every fee goes directly towards their incredible mission.

We also celebrate other incredible organisations, such as Rescue is Life Cape Town, whose mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, rehome, and sterilise dogs and cats in need, and the Animal Anti-Cruelty League, which plays a vital role in every aspect of animal welfare, from sheltering abandoned animals to running efficient adoption programs.

It’s through organisations like these that real, lasting change is happening, giving countless animals the second chance they deserve.
