LIVING
The home features three bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms each have a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The third bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. A separate guest toilet is also available.
The open-plan living area combines a comfortable lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with an additional breakfast area near the kitchen. The home includes modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, double-door refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, air fryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee and tea facilities, Wi-Fi, a TV and streaming services.
For outdoor entertainment, guests can enjoy the rooftop swimming pool and bar, as well as an enclosed balcony fitted with security shutters. The balcony features a braai area, pizza oven, outdoor dining table and seating, making it the perfect spot for relaxed meals and entertaining while enjoying the coastal surroundings.
Additional features include a fireplace, heater, electric blankets, safe, security system, hairdryer and ironing facilities. The property is non-smoking and wheelchair-friendly.
