THE CABIN

Two original farm cottages, lovingly restored to preserve their historic charm while introducing a considered touch of modern comfort. Spacious and serene, each cottage features a king-sized bed, generous en-suite shower, and uninterrupted views across the Atlantic Ocean. Step outside onto your private balcony and garden, where the rugged beauty of the West Coast unfolds around you.

The open-plan living space combines a cosy lounge and well-equipped mini-kitchen, with everything you need for a relaxed stay, from a fridge and air fryer to a stove and kettle. Settle in beside the wood burner, connect with WiFi when you need to, or head outside to your private braai area and take in the views.

THE AREA

!Khwa ttu, the San Education and Culture Centre, 70 km north-west of Cape Town offers you the unique experience of being introduced to the world of the descendants of the first indigenous people of southern Africa.

!Khwa ttu covers over 850ha and is located in the vicinity of the Atlantic village of Yzerfontein. The environment with its vast openness, rocky outcrops, indigenous fynbos vegetation and a number of game species offers wonderful possibilities to enjoy nature and rest the soul and mind.

Breakfast is included, served from 07:00 – 11:30 in the restaurant.

Each room comes with fresh towels and handmade soap.

The restaurant closes at 16:00. If you would like to order a delicious in-room dinner basket, please place your order by 15:30.

70 km (about 1 hour’s drive) from Cape Town’s city centre, near Yzerfontein and Darling.

Well-behaved pets, and dogs on leads, are welcome.
