THE CABIN

Mountain View Cottage offers a dining area and a full kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, microwave, SMEG Gas Hob with electric oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

The cottage also features a patio with outside furniture and a dining area, along with a barbecue. There is a TV in the lounge with Wi-Fi.

LIVING

This stunning cottage has a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area with enclosed fireplace. There is an enclosed patio with steps to a separate garden area with a barbecue. There is a flatscreen television, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen.

Lying within the Banhoek Conservancy, Vine Cottage is only 10 minutes from the heart of Stellenbosch and 30 minutes from Franschhoek. The region renowned for its exceptional vineyards, producing some of the finest Cabernet and Chardonnay in South Africa.

The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.

The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in. We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.

Cottage has back-up solar power and all essential electrical items are functional during loadshedding.

Essential electrical items continue to function (on battery backup) during load shedding. Other electrical items considered nonessential will not function; there is a gas heating backup for cooking.

No children under 18 are allowed.

No noise from 23h00 onwards.

Please clean up any litter and put it in the bin provided.

For braais/BBQ, this is a high-risk area for fires; please only use the braai facilities provided to you.

No smoking in the cottages; please only use the designated areas.

Private space within Esperon Farm, the main house and its surrounds (including the swimming pool and trampoline) is private to the owners; please respect the property.

Please leave cottages in the state you found them.

The cottage can be serviced daily on request (for an additional fee).

A discount for more than 3 nights and longer stays (max 2 / 3 months) is negotiable.
