The luxurious Pinot Noir Suite One is a perfectly furnished suite for two adults with a king-size bed, premium bed linen, and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower.

Enjoy the two single comfortable leather chairs, where you can cozy up in front of the fireplace or stay cool with the portable air-con. Unwind in your private wood-fired hot tub after you’ve lit your outdoor fireplace “braai”, which is located just steps away from your suite.

The kitchen is fully equipped with top-quality appliances and a Nespresso machine complete with complimentary pods, sugar sachets, tea and a small milk.

Step outdoors to enjoy the tranquillity of the suite’s covered balcony, ensuring an uninterrupted experience, whether you savour your morning coffee or unwind with a captivating evening sundowner.

THE AREA

Nestled in the tranquil Robertson Valley in Franschhoek lies our luxury Pinot Noir suite, with picturesque views of La Roche Estate, situated 5km from the centre of Franschhoek. Stylishly furnished with a luxury king-size bed and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor fireplace, and an outdoor patio with your own wood-fired hot tub.

Perfect for relaxed serene holidays filled with wine tasting, fine dining experiences, hiking and horseback riding supplied by the local tourism information centre. Guests can walk around the beautiful estate, in the forest and swim in the dam. As an extra benefit, there is a unique spa experience on your door step.

GOOD TO KNOW

This suite is next door to Pinot Noir Luxury Suite Two, each suite has it's own private balcony and hot tub.

A welcome basket awaits you in your suite upon arrival.

Back-up generator in case of loadshedding.

Assistance in lighting your hot tub is provided if the timeframe is within working hours.

Mountain bicycles are available to rent on the estate.

Premium picnics and wine tastings are on offer at the estate, subject to availability and with 24-hour notice.

Each suite is provided with 20 pieces of wood and a small pack of firelighters. Please bring extra wood, firelighters, and ice if needed. We also offer additional bags of wood available for purchase.

Please be aware that La Roche is a working farm, as we have vineyards and pecans that need to be taken care of. Working hours are Monday - Friday 07h00 - 17h00.

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
